  • We will ship within 2 UPS business days of any in-stock order. We will let you know that business day if we have it. UPS pricing will be the best possible with no extra cost for packing materials. We will e-mail you a tracking number with every shipment. If you know what car you have we will get you the right parts. If we do screw up, we will send you a return authorization, and will credit your account upon return of the part in the same condition you got it. Parts all carry manufacturers warranties. We stand behind the products we sell. If you wish to buy in volume, special volume pricing is available. We charge sales tax in OH. If you want to be tax exempt, we must have a tax exempt form on file.

    Undercar Specialty Warehouse Accepts returns under the following policy
    • Product is in original packaging and condition
    • Product has to be returned within 30 days of purchase
    • Product must have a return authorization number
    • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
    • Customer is responsible for return freight
    • Only prepaid freight is accepted at our loading dock
    • Product not used, installed, or disassembled
    • Product not damaged due to incorrect installation
    • Product not missing parts, hardware, or instructions
     
    Custom or Special Orders are Non-Refundable
    Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales tax will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
    • C.O.D. shipments will be refused.
    • Returns without written authorization will be refused.
     
    Lost or damaged packages are the responsibility of the carrier, and a claim must be filed with them within 24 hours. In cases of lost shipments, at customer's request we will ship the product again and bill the customer. Upon notification from the carrier that the product has been located or notification that they were unable to locate the product and credit has been issued to Undercar Specialty Warehouse, at that time we will issue a credit or refund.
     
    Refunds
    We will issue a refund for products returned when they meet the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
     
    Labor
    We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website.
     
    Warranty
    All parts are backed by the limited warranty extended by the parts manufacturer. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged or credited at our option. Undercar Specialty Warehouse will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling, improper installation, abuse, neglect or accidents. Warranty claims apply to parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, towing, or any other charges. Warranty parts when required are to be returned to Undercar Specialty Warehouse at purchaser's expense.
